3. ADDITIONAL FEES (追加手数料)

The sales price covers the tour itinerary as described. Additional costs may include:

  • Bank transfer fees (if paying by local bank transfer).
  • Any additional food/drink purchased outside of the tour itinerary.
  • Transportation costs to and from the meeting and ending points.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY (キャンセル・返品について)

Customer-initiated cancellations:

  • 24 hours or more before the tour: Full refund.
  • Cancellation on the day or no-show: No refund.

Cancellations by Namba Food Tours: In the event of extreme weather or operator circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. USER CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Infringing upon the intellectual property of Namba Food Tours.
  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind against our guides or other guests.
  • Using our service to perform unauthorized commercial activities.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Namba Food Tours shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the use of our services or while participating in our tours. Participation in our tours is at the guest’s own risk.

7. DATA PRIVACY

Personal information is handled strictly in accordance with our internal privacy standards and the relevant laws of Japan.

8. EXTERNAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We utilize third-party booking engines (Bókun) and may provide links to external websites. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
